IRAQ - CROSSROADS OF HISTORY

    04-23-2003

Introduction - A new World System approach must be devised for the future solving of problems that have plagued the world for millenniums. In the past man's ignorance of his own weaknesses have tended to undermine world stability. Men marshalling armies against one another, so tragic. Efforts must be made to help men face up to their own shortcomings and failures.

Babylonian Empire - The Ancient Babylonian Empire is still playing a leading role in the War in Iraq. From The Ancient Babylonian Empire originated the mystery school system of devising a hidden system of rule in addition to worshiping a secret God, by an exclusive enlightened priesthood. This is a time tested way of appealing to man's false pride thus controlling followers through all the worse of human traits. Today these fallen systems are still impacting and playing a leading role in the War in Iraq. To gain an insight one must come to understand that in earlier times, temple agricultural banking was economically dominant evolving later over millenniums into an international complex of finance. If one can make a giant leap and understand that the international complex of banking and the occult are wedded, then obvious relationships are more easily perceived and awareness of dynamic synergies materialize and a deeper understanding is attained of the world system. Saddam considered himself to be the modern re-incarnate of Nebuchadnezzar who during his reign conquered Jerusalem and razed the Temple. So Saddam was rebuilding many of the ancient Babylonian Empire sites for his own self aggrandizement. He visualized himself as some great leader that would lead his people to glory in a new war against the enemy. The final result was defeat and humiliation at the hands of the Americans. Today Iraq is heavily in debt and owes the Gulf States Billions

Iraqi Debt - Iraq's overall financial burden of debt is well over $383 billion according to a recent study by The CSIS - Center For Strategic And International Studies entitled  A WISER PEACE: AN ACTION STRATEGY FOR A POST-CONFLICT IRAQ. Saddam Hussein became an obstruction to the collection of this debt and reparations. He got in the way of elevating the oil production to a level at least of maintenance and payment of some interest. The financiers of the world have immense power so always working from behind the scenes they decided he must go, now he's gone. It is ironic that Islam which was once totally opposed to usury would today be trapped into a world financial complex. The reason for this entanglement was the discovery of oil in the middle-east which led inexorably to the acceptance of credit at western banks which effectively tied the oil producing Arab states to western economic systems. Today Saddam's mistakes and missteps have condemned the Iraqi people to being burdened with an insurmountable debt that the gulf states and the west seem inclined not to forgive.

American Ideals - The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was used as a motivating event to mobilize Americans for World War II. so too was 9-11 used as a means to ready America for a war on terrorism. Today the main tool used to motivate our troops in Iraq are long held American Ideals especially the word and concept of Democracy. The average American,  still thank God believes in founding father principles which today because of 9-11 have become threatened. It has always been easy to recruit the youth of America to the defense of our country with patriotic slogans. The defense of our country is all important and I wish someday that would include a money system owned and control by American citizens. Instead we have defended the interests of our masters who own and control economic-financial institutions used to undermine our basic beliefs. We do their bidding in the end helping them build larger corporate entities that threaten the average American's freedom. .

New Islamic State - Ahmad Chalabi appearing on abc's this Week stated that he believed in a bottom up approach in establishing a new government. He meant that any new government must arise from a grassroots movement. It is my opinion that Iran will bring increasing pressure to try and dominate any new government with an Islamic theocracy, while the coalition will sponsor one secular leader after another all being tainted by American interests who will probably fail miserably if religious factions are not incorporated into any new government. The Shiites in Iraq have strong revolutionary ties to Iran so look for interference from Iran with opposition plans for any Iraqi secular government. The Shiites as a group are organized already while other political parties, groups and entities are slowly forming which infers that slow to form will not win the race in the short term so look for a longer start up period perhaps over 3-5 years for a secular government to be formed if at all. James Woolsey former C.I.A. director said on Meet The Press on April 20, 2003, "The Shiites have quite frequently, normally, kept the mosque separate from the state. So we need to work with the Shia majority in Iraq and help them bring about a state where everyone can live in freedom and democracy, that the Shiite tradition has been one of allowing secular governments in the past." I believe Woolsey's opinion will prove to be off the mark for past regimes friendly to secular governments existed before Iran came to power, the Shiite game has changed since Iran's rise to power.

New Economics - To continue world dominance world economists have been indoctrinated by occult forces using money-mind sorcery techniques. Today a vast system of economics is taught internationally. Cookie cutter economists are having their minds baked all over the world by the same recipe. So the logical outcome is predicable in the sense that modern money operations have the full support of most leading economists. Hand in glove these forces benefit and perpetuate a system that has been used to control the world for many individuals acting world-wide in worshiping mammon results in continuation of money dominated systems with predictable results. The prosecution of this war is being controlled, influenced and monitored by large financial and business interests. So look for the Iraqi central bank to be controlled by secular forces forcing all to bow to mammon forsaking God.

    Recommendations:

    1. A central Bank owned and controlled by Iraqi citizens who collectively together will benefit. A limit would be set on the debt as to how much of the national income would be allocated to pay debt.

    2. A Democratic-Republic form of government with individual rights protected by a national Constitution and Bill of Rights, with appeal out of traditional religious Sharia courts to a national appeals system, reviewing all major cases and sentences.

    3. Free market economics, with strong emphasize on small business entrepreneurs. This coupled with low interest loans would seed into the Iraqi people a practical means of learning free enterprise thus establishing a foundation benefiting a free society.

    4. Three states with self autonomy, Shiite State, Sunni State, and a Kurdish State.

    5. A Federal District of Baghdad, convening a national secular government, whose representatives would be elected from their respective states. State subsidies from national revenue to respective states would be on a proportional basis

    6. A Financial Bill of Rights guaranteeing equal treatment for loans.

    7. Oil owned by Iraqis, no separate oil production company created, so full benefit of oil production will accrue to the people.

    8. A National Army made up of all Iraqis.
