Next a brief comment

The chaos in our society is due to belief in dark systems of thought that ensnare us into an addictive-compulsive state of slavery that only belief in God can undo.

Now our commentary with our commentator George Butler

"A LIVING CONSTITUTION CAN DIE"

The Presidential crisis in Florida is placing stress upon our Constitutional Republic. Two distinctive groups are emerging from the chaos of real dramatic events. One view is the strict constructionist view of The Constitution and the other view is the belief in a living constitution.

Generally speaking Neo-American liberals of today are purveyors of the living constitution view, where one can change the constitution to suit their own desires, no matter the situation or facts. Conservatives are defenders of a strict interpretation of the Constitution's original intent.

It is apparent that the living constitution view promotes chaos for it enables a "Do As Thy Will" philosophy of the dictator, the despot, and the tyrant. The strict constructionist view protects the Founding Father's original intent, which was based upon natural law and natural rights, which are not man granted but God Given. The living constitution view predisposes its espousers, as demagogues who believe their wills should predominate always. The recent assumption by some of the U.S. Supreme court justices criticizing a Florida Supreme Court order of a majority opinion stated "the majority today departs from three venerable rules of judicial restraint that have guided the court throughout its history" those alleging that the majority were not exercising judicial restrain are the same justices who are the most judicial activists on the court. Have they not forgotten U.S. Supreme Court history? Those giants such as Felix Frankfurter and Oliver Wendell Holmes, both pragmatists were supporters of judicial activism, so these heroes of the liberals have been forgotten for now but surely will be rescued from the past when needed.

Since pragmatism secured a foothold on the U.S. Supreme court the Constitution has been in the throes of death, but its been a slow death through-out the twentieth century. Further erosions occurred when concepts such as judicial activism became popular within liberal circles, who further destroyed the original intent of the Constitution. The Bill of Rights

Article IV. - Reads

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

We must forever be wary of government for the original Constitution containing original intent is one of those documents that illegal search warrants, police powers and judicial activism are close to snatching from our hands, from our hearts and from every freedom loving human world-wide. In the end we must fight to preserve and protect our freedoms.

Now some closing statements.

"Know Thyself"

"Know Thy Thoughts"

"Know Thy World"

The first "Know Thyself" was a saying used by Socrates to teach. This saying helps one to understand their own personality and character traits so that one might be able to reform those negative traits.

The second, "Know Thy Thoughts" denotes a process of being able to observe ones thoughts as they are unfolding and how those thoughts mold one's actions.

The third "Know Thy World" is a journey of discovery of worldly things. We should endeavor to discover those systems that control us through a systemized state of debasement.

In the end we must expose and reveal truth, so we might speak for freedom, a freedom built up by a belief in God, humbling oneself, bending thy knee to a higher power and redirecting of one's soul in a new direction where worldly things are unimportant and Godly things the only path, the only way, the only direction.

In Closing remember these words:

BE GOOD TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS!
