Speaker, I also come to the floor today to talk
about this $700 billion bill that's in front of us.
I use the term ``bill'' advisedly because we have
seen no bill. We are here, debating talking points
on, perhaps, what is the largest fundamental change
in our Nation's financial system in its history.
House Republicans have been cut out of the
process. Not only have we been cut out of the
process, but we've also been derided by the
leadership of the Democratic Party, and have been
called unpatriotic for not participating.
Mr.
Speaker, I have been thrown out of more meetings in
this Capitol in the last 24 hours than I ever
thought possible as a duly elected Representative of
820,000 citizens of North Texas.
Politics is
a full-contact sport, and I understand that, but it
is a full-contact sport in the light of day, in the
public arena. Since we didn't have hearings, since
we didn't have markups, let's at least put this
legislation up on the Internet for 24 hours. That's
what Thomas was made for. Let's do that, and let the
American people see what we have done in the dark of
night. After all, I have not gotten any more mail,
any more e-mails on any other subject than this one
that is before us today. Mr. Speaker,
I understand we're under martial law as declared by
the Speaker last night. I think it's ironic that
House Republicans have not been needed for a single
thing in this House to ensure passage for the last
22 months and that, today, we're going to be asked
to vote for a bill for political cover because
Democrats are too weak to stand up to their
Speaker.

- Richard C. Cook is a former federal government
analyst who was one of the key figures in the
investigation of the space shuttle Challenger
disaster.
In 1985, he went to work for NASA as the lead
resource analyst for the space shuttle solid rocket
boosters, external tank, and Centaur upper stage.
Cook’s first assignment led to his writing a memo on
engineers’ concerns that flaws with the solid rocket
booster O-ring seals could cause the shuttle to blow
up. In 1986, after the Challenger disaster, he
disrupted a NASA cover-up when he provided his memo,
along with other documents on the hazards of the
O-rings, to the New York Times. His disclosures
paved the way for revelations by engineers from
Morton Thiokol, Inc., about how they opposed the
launch of Challenger the night before lift-off.
Called to testify before the Presidential Commission
at an internationally televised public hearing, Cook
stood his ground when his experience and competence
were challenged. He continued to contribute to the
investigation during interviews with Commission
staff and the NASA Office of Inspector General and
in meetings with Senator Ernest Hollings, who was
trying to raise issues before the Senate on whether
there had been White House pressure to launch
Challenger.

Teaming up to
write SWAY was one of the easiest decisions
we ever made. A couple of years ago, we collaborated
on The Starfish and the Spider and realized
that, as with many other aspects of our lives, in
writing we complement each other perfectly. Ori is a
natural storyteller–in ancient times he would've
been the guy sitting around the campfire relating
legends; and Rom weaves in psychological insights–in
ancient times he would've given advice and
interpreted dreams. But our cooperation goes back a
long way. In elementary school we picked each
other's brains when we had to come up with creative
ideas for a project. In high school we used each
other as sounding boards for advice in making tricky
decisions. And in college and graduate school we
shared anecdotes from our respective fields:
business and psychology. We'd bounce ideas back and
forth, come up with theories, and talk late into the
night. This laid the foundation for SWAY.

to 1999 (Independent Federation of Chinese Students
& Scholars in USA), and was the past president for
the Global Chinese Students and Scholars' Union.
Presently, she serves for IFCSS council and is its
Human Rights Committee chair. Her professional
career had been in physics. She was a nuclear
scientist and is now a senior optical engineering
consultant.

2008 - We welcome -
Richard C. Cook is a former federal government
analyst who was one of the key figures in the
investigation of the space shuttle Challenger
disaster.
In 1985, he went to work for NASA as the lead
resource analyst for the space shuttle solid rocket
boosters, external tank, and Centaur upper stage.
Cook’s first assignment led to his writing a memo on
engineers’ concerns that flaws with the solid rocket
booster O-ring seals could cause the shuttle to blow
up. In 1986, after the Challenger disaster, he
disrupted a NASA cover-up when he provided his memo,
along with other documents on the hazards of the
O-rings, to the New York Times. His disclosures
paved the way for revelations by engineers from
Morton Thiokol, Inc., about how they opposed the
launch of Challenger the night before lift-off.
Called to testify before the Presidential
Commission at an internationally televised public
hearing, Cook stood his ground when his experience
and competence were challenged. He continued to
contribute to the investigation during interviews
with Commission staff and the NASA Office of
Inspector General and in meetings with Senator
Ernest Hollings, who was trying to raise issues
before the Senate on whether there had been White
House pressure to launch Challenger.
In addition to extensive interviews with the
media after the disaster, Cook published articles in
the Washington Post, Washington Monthly, Space and
Security News, and the Houston Post; gave a press
conference with the Institute of Space and Security
Studies, where he said that the Presidential
Commission had been created to cover-up the role of
the White House in the launch decision; and wrote a
report which he submitted to the U.S. Justice
Department with a request for a new investigation.
In 1991, he was the recipient of the Cavallo
Foundation Award for Moral Courage in Business and
Government, sharing the award with Roger Boisjoly of
Morton Thiokol.
Before joining NASA, Cook worked as an analyst
for the U.S. Civil Service Commission, where he
received extensive training in federal government
operations. He then worked for the Food and Drug
Administration and next served in the Jimmy Carter
White House under Esther Peterson, special assistant
to the president for consumer affairs. He also
taught history at the Field School, a private high
school in Washington, D.C.
Cook left NASA to become an analyst with the U.S.
Treasury Department in 1986. There he developed and
taught training courses on policy analysis and led
project teams on financial policy and organizational
restructuring. He retired from the federal
government in January 2007 and works today as a
writer, lecturer, and consultant.
Cook graduated with honors from the College of
William and Mary, where he was elected to Phi Beta
Kappa. He resides in College Park, Maryland.

BONHOEFFER
is a 93-minute documentary film that tells the
dramatic story of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the young
German theologian who offered one of the first clear
voices of resistance to Adolf Hitler. Bonhoeffer
openly challenged his church to stand with the Jews
in their time of need, and eventually joined his
family in the plots to kill Hitler. His books,
Cost of Discipleship, Letters and Papers from
Prison, and Ethics, were written during
the struggle and are considered classics in the
world of religion and ethics.
The film, shot on location in Germany and the United
States, features interviews with family members,
friends, students and associates who knew Bonhoeffer
personally, including the last interview given by
Bonhoeffer's closest friend and biographer, Eberhard
Bethge, and an interview with Ruth Alice von
Bismarck, the sister of Bonhoeffer's fiancée, Maria
von Wedemeyer.
It
also features interviews with outstanding historians
and theologians including John de Gruchy and Geffrey
Kelly, as well as comments from Archbishop Desmond
Tutu.
Extensive research in archives both in Europe and
the US yielded extraordinary archival footage,
including a speech by Hitler praying for God's
blessing on him and the German people and Bonhoeffer
family footage that features the only known moving
footage of Dietrich. The production team was also
given access to never-before-seen personal and
family photographs that help bring visual context to
Bonhoeffer's life.

International
Forecaster, our focus will be
International finance, economics and the world
system, commenting on the machinations of the
World Economic Forum at Davos, Switzerland

Mr. Chapman
is 72 years old. He was born in Boston, MA and
attended Northeastern University majoring in
business management. He spent three years in the U.
S. Army Counterintelligence, mostly in Europe. He
speaks German and French and is conversant in
Spanish. He lived in Europe for six years, off and
on, three years in Africa, a year in Canada and a
year in the Bahamas.
Mr. Chapman became a stockbroker in 1960 and
retired in 1988. For 18 of those years he owned his
own brokerage firm. He was probably the largest gold
and silver stockbroker in the world during that
period. When he retired he had over 6,000 clients.
From 1962 through 1976 he specialized in South
African gold shares. He and his family lived in
Salisbury, Rhodesia (now Harare, Zimbabwe) and
Johannesburg, South Africa from 1970 to 1973. During
that time he did a great deal of further study into
the South African mining industry.
Mr. Chapman belonged to The Traders Association
for 25 years. He did all his own trading. During his
South African years some was done directly through
Johannesburg, but 95% was done through London
brokerage firms. Hence, he has extensive contacts,
both in London and on the Continent.
Starting in 1967 Mr. Chapman began writing
articles on business, finance, economics and
politics having been printed and reprinted over the
years in over 200 publications. He owned and wrote
the Gary Allen Report, which had 30,000 subscribers.
He currently is owner and editor of The
International Forecaster, a compendium of
information on business, finance, economics and
social and political issues worldwide, which reaches
10,000 investors and brokers monthly directly, and
parts of his publication are picked up by 60
different websites weekly exposing his ideas to over
10 million investors a week.
In 1976, after the Soweto riots, Mr. Chapman
began buying North American shares exclusively for
his clients. Up to that point only a handful of
American and Canadian issues interested him, due to
the high dividends the South African shares had paid
out over the years. Between 1976 and 1988 his
business surged from 1,000 to 6,000 clients, so the
bulk of his business ended up being Vancouver Stock
Exchange issues. For this reason he is very
conversant with the quality of management,
geologists, properties and traders on today’s North
American scene. He is well known.
From 1976 to present he has spoke and given
workshops at over 200 business conferences
worldwide, and has been on radio and TV hundreds of
times. Until his retirement he was always judged by
the attendees to be one of the top three speakers
and never once was lower than first in workshops due
to his vast knowledge of the mining business and his
grasp of worldwide financial markets and political
scenes.
In June of 1991, at the request of business
associates, and due to retirement boredom, he began
writing the International Forecaster.

2008 - The two above ideas are in essence
a clash of material vs. spiritual ideas. The
modern international money-banking-financial systems
evolved over millenniums from the Babylonian
Capitalism model. This temple banking system was
carried out in allegiance and loyalty to the King.
Two kinds of activities were used as means to
control, and manipulate the masses. One means
can be described as mind-sorcery, religion being the
mechanism, the other can be described as money
sorcery, the monopoly of money creation being that
mechanism.
I use the word SOVAD the reverse of
DAVOS as a means to establish an idea that needs to
be grown thereby diminishing the old system that
serves materialism well but has been devastating to
the world. Below one can find PDF files, schedule of
events and other helpful materials that should be
studied by our listeners before this broadcast.
During this broadcast we will discuss
The World Economic Forum being held in Davos,
Switzerland Jan. 23-Jan. 27 2008. My criticism is
not of individuals participating in these activities
but my intent is to discuss ideas some of which have
been used to organize and civilize the world in some
positive ways and unfortunately negative ways. Today
a new day is dawning and the world's populations are
becoming aware of the mechanisms used in the past of
forming and molding them into a delusion of control
and consent that they little realized. To realize

additive-compulsive systems that rule us seemingly
forever relegating us to ignorance and slavery. A
new day is dawning progressing us towards true
enlightenment proceeding us step by steps, revealing
brightening bits of thought establishing a
greater more human way, a path of forgiveness.

at UC Berkeley, and of the Coalition on Political
Assassinations (COPA).
His poetry
has dealt with both his experience and his research,
the latter of which has centered on U.S. covert
operations, their impact on democracy at home and
abroad, and their relations to the John F. Kennedy
assassination and the global drug traffic. The
poet-critic Robert Hass has written (Agni,
31/32, p. 335) that "Coming to Jakarta is the
most important political poem to appear in the
English language in a very long time."

Craig Roberts is the John M. Olin Fellow at the
Institute for Political Economy, Senior Research
Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford
University, and Research Fellow at the Independent
Institute. A former editor and columnist for The
Wall Street Journal and columnist for Business Week
and the Scripps Howard News Service, he is a
nationally syndicated columnist for Creators
Syndicate in Los Angeles and a columnist for
Investor’s Business Daily. In 1992 he received the
Warren Brookes Award for Excellence in Journalism.
In 1993 the Forbes Media Guide ranked him as one of
the top seven journalists.
He was
Distinguished Fellow at the Cato Institute from 1993
to 1996. From 1982 through 1993, he held the William
E. Simon Chair in Political Economy at the Center
for Strategic and International Studies. During
1981-82 he served as Assistant Secretary of the
Treasury for Economic Policy. President Reagan and
Treasury Secretary Regan credited him with a major
role in the Economic Recovery Tax Act of 1981, and
he was awarded the Treasury Department’s Meritorious

John
Taylor Gatto was born in Monongahela, Pennsylvania,
a river town thirty-five miles southeast of
Pittsburgh where his grandfather, Harry Taylor
Zimmer, was the town printer in the days when
printers still honored their descent from Peter
Zenger. John attended public schools in Swissvale,
Monongahela, and Uniontown, and the private Catholic
boarding school in Latrobe, all towns in western
Pennsylvania.
As a
boy he held many jobs: sweeper in his grandad's
printing office, snow shoveler, lawn mower, Kool-Ade
and comic book salesman, and delivery boy for the
Pittsburgh Sun-Telegraph and Uniontown
Morning Herald, among others. He did
undergraduate work at Cornell, the University of
Pittsburgh, and Columbia, then served in the U.S.
Army medical corps at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and Fort
Sam Houston, Texas. Following army service he did
graduate work at the City University of New York,
Hunter College, Yeshiva, the University of
California, and Cornell.
After college, Mr. Gatto
worked as a scriptwriter in the film business,
was an advertising writer, a taxi driver, a jewelry
designer, an ASCAP songwriter, and a hotdog vendor
before becoming a schoolteacher. During his school
teaching years he also entered the caviar trade,
conducted an antique business, operated a rare book
search service, and founded Lava Mt. Records, a
documentary record producer, which won several
awards for cover design and content, and which
presented the horror of H.P. Lovecraft, dramatized,
and the speeches of Richard M. Nixon and Spiro
Agnew, exactly as given.
He climaxed his teaching
career as New York State Teacher of the Year
after being named New York City Teacher of the Year
on three occasions. He quit teaching on the OP ED
page of the Wall Street Journal in 1991 while
still New York State Teacher of the Year, claiming
that he was no longer willing to hurt children.
Later that year he was the subject of a show at
Carnegie Hall called "An Evening With John Taylor
Gatto," which launched a career of public speaking
in the area of school reform, which has taken Gatto
over a million and a half miles in all fifty states
and seven foreign countries. In 1992, he was named
Secretary of Education in the Libertarian Party
Shadow Cabinet, and he has been included in Who's
Who in America from 1996 on. In 1997, he was
given the Alexis de Tocqueville Award for his
contributions to the cause of liberty, and was named
to the Board of Advisors of the National TV-Turnoff
Week.
His books include:

(1993); A Different Kind of Teacher (2000);
and The Underground History Of American Education

Richard C. Cook is a former federal
government analyst who was one of the key
figures in the investigation of the space
shuttle Challenger disaster.
In 1985, he went to work for NASA as the
lead resource analyst for the space shuttle
solid rocket boosters, external tank, and
Centaur upper stage. Cook’s first assignment
led to his writing a memo on engineers’
concerns that flaws with the solid rocket
booster O-ring seals could cause the shuttle
to blow up. In 1986, after the Challenger
disaster, he disrupted a NASA cover-up when
he provided his memo, along with other
documents on the hazards of the O-rings, to
the New York Times. His disclosures paved
the way for revelations by engineers from
Morton Thiokol, Inc., about how they opposed
the launch of Challenger the night before
lift-off.
Called to testify before the Presidential
Commission at an internationally televised
public hearing, Cook stood his ground when
his experience and competence were
challenged. He continued to contribute to
the investigation during interviews with
Commission staff and the NASA Office of
Inspector General and in meetings with
Senator Ernest Hollings, who was trying to
raise issues before the Senate on whether
there had been White House pressure to
launch Challenger.
In addition to extensive interviews with
the media after the disaster, Cook published
articles in the Washington Post, Washington
Monthly, Space and Security News, and the
Houston Post; gave a press conference with
the Institute of Space and Security Studies,
where he said that the Presidential
Commission had been created to cover-up the
role of the White House in the launch
decision; and wrote a report which he
submitted to the U.S. Justice Department
with a request for a new investigation. In
1991, he was the recipient of the Cavallo
Foundation Award for Moral Courage in
Business and Government, sharing the award
with Roger Boisjoly of Morton Thiokol.
Before joining NASA, Cook worked as an
analyst for the U.S. Civil Service
Commission, where he received extensive
training in federal government operations.
He then worked for the Food and Drug
Administration and next served in the Jimmy
Carter White House under Esther Peterson,
special assistant to the president for
consumer affairs. He also taught history at
the Field School, a private high school in
Washington, D.C.
Cook left NASA to become an analyst with
the U.S. Treasury Department in 1986. There
he developed and taught training courses on
policy analysis and led project teams on
financial policy and organizational
restructuring. He retired from the federal
government in January 2007 and works today
as a writer, lecturer, and consultant.
Cook graduated with honors from the
College of William and Mary, where he was
elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He resides in
College Park, Maryland.

The
IDEA that
Iraq
had Weapons of Mass Destruction was used as propaganda to go
to war with

supported scientific discovery. These dynamics together

attended the Freedom Fest held at Bally’s Casino in 2009 in
Las Vegas and while reporting from
the conference I began to perceive a distinctive consensus
that many of these wealthy attendees were becoming very
frightened by Barack Obama’s attack on private property.Many wealthy individuals are now seeking ways to
protect their wealth and even Russ Limbaugh is now making
pronouncements about the new administration, along with its
supporters intent on expanding their wealth at the expense
of anyone who resists their goals. Their goals are evil and
must be resisted, and there is a way to overcome this
tyranny, using the weapon of mass reconstruction-911 truth

I attended the G-8, G-20 Summits held in Toronto, Canada
June 24-27, 2010, there I witnessed two opposing views an uprising
against the New World Order, and unfortunately a rubber stamping, a further
parroting of the G-20 party line. On Saturday there were Police car burnings,
marches (numerous) many acts of vandalism. On Monday morning June 28, 2010, I was
listening to John Oakley
on Monday morning 640am radio a well known Toronto
Broadcaster while driving from Toronto to Buffalo, New York, he said while live
on the air that he had received confidential e-mails from Toronto police who
were on duty during Saturday afternoon on the scene that they could have made
arrests of some of the vandals but were held back from doing so by their
supervisors. Saturday afternoon hundreds of
different groups comprising virtually thousands marched down University
Avenue a divided street that at times filled both north and south bound lanes. I
video-taped the entire march and then decided to move back to the International
Media center where I continued to report on the G-20 Summit and later from The
International Media Center I would live stream the city television
feed to our viewers on
www.liveonlocation.tv Charlotte Littlefield and I also had a simulcast
of our live radio program "The Secret Truth"

street shots supplied by city television Toronto. In addition I have included in

Real Anarchists?
I was on the street and had cause to examine
the so called Anarchists who committed the vandalism during the Saturday may
helm, in my opinion the destructors broke down into different groups, hardcore
Anarchists, Anti Capitalists,
Extremists
and mixed in were some Agent Provocateurs who were difficult to spot except for
clothing details. There were obvious plain clothes officers wearing new protest
clothing and riding new bicycles sporting the latest cleanest bicycle clothing.
There were 70 arrests made Sunday morning on the Campus some of who were members
of The Anti-Capitalist Convergence group from Montreal, who are ardently against
capitalism and are definitely on the far left. There was real property
destruction and in my opinion it was due to some hardcore extremists encouraged
by agent provocateurs, long before the activities began. The protest was more
Anti-Capitalism than purely an Anti G-20 protest. The privately owned Central
banks of the world represented at this summit by the G-20 nations are furthering
the aspirations of the international banking elites so now that the secret of
money creation out of thin air, is becoming more prevalently known the masking
of monopolistic capitalism and money creation by private interests has
been revealed and the evolving from the already existing corporate state would
naturally evolve into and dynamically result in political fascism, which is
the real threat.
Canada's Identity
When in Canada Americans need to remember that
Canada relates to and is still part of Great Britain. Canada is a federation
consisting of ten provinces and three territories, governed as a parliamentary
democracy and constitutional monarchy with Queen Elizabeth II as its head of
state, furthermore Canada is a Commonwealth realm which is a
sovereign state within the Commonwealth of Nations that has Elizabeth II as its
monarch. The mindset of the average Canadian is peaceful, socialist, inclusive
and accepting of all, they tend to be statists believing in government, middle
class, honest, loyalty to the Queen is a mixed bag, with strong support of Labor
Unions as a reaction to Monopolistic Capitalism's excesses which is little
understood by Canadians who like Naomi Klein attack Capitalism ignoring the
monopolistic corrupt aspects of modern Capitalism that render the failures, not
the system of Capitalism. The Fabian Society has been quietly nurturing
and fostering socialism both in Great Britain and Canada, an indication that the
big money has always supported the growth of socialism as a means to expand a
statist system where all subjects would have to petition the state for
entitlement benefits, thus helping to establish a centralized state
dictatorship.
Police State
The cost of security for the G-20 Summit was
well over a billion dollars so many Canadians today are questioning the wisdom
of spending that much money on this event. There were over 10,000 police
officers brought into Toronto from all over Canada and there were troops on
alert in case the police were unable to handle the unrest.
There
were over 900 people arrested and they were taken to the Toronto Film
Studio on Eastern Avenue and detained, but by Monday morning according to
authorities only 172 were still being held.
The police all carried riot gear and
there some special police equipped with additional padding and armor, plus tear
gas who would be sent in to disperse crowds. Toronto Police Chief Blair admitted
on Tuesday that the public was deliberately mislead about a new law that
made it an offence to be closer than 5 meters to the G-20 fence in downtown
Toronto. The law never applied to the G-20 security fence. He indicated he
mislead the public and did so to discourage law breakers, he said during a press
conference held Tuesday "I was trying to keep the criminals out,". The
question would arise after experiencing the Canadian experience, does a police
state already exist or would it better be described as an authoritarian state
that rules with an iron fist inside a velvet glove. The rules are intense and
the population being many immigrants are subject to rigorous policing a very
aggressive law enforcement that attains fines, fees for the state in an economy
of minimum wage earners with a heavy presence of shopkeepers in the Toronto
area.
G-20 Future - becoming a Permanent Institution
The G-20 concluded their meeting behind closed
and carefully guarded doors, fenced inside a 3 meter high fence that was
installed downtown to protect the G-20 members. Prime Minister Stephen Harper
swore to cut their debt by 50% by 2015 with President Obama warning fellow G-8
and G-20 colleagues to be careful in continuing their stimulus so that their
economies would not stall. The Chancellor Merkel in her policy statements
indicated during the Greece crisis and several times afterward expressed the
German view of belt tightening so that her viewpoint along with support from the
G-8 to a degree won the day in
Toronto. Carroll Quigley predicted in 1962 writing in "Tragedy and Hope"
about a World government bought about by the world dominant bankers.
Earlier institutions such as Leaders 20www.l20.org has been working toward world
governance and has a heavy Canadian contingent. This could be one reason Toronto
was the meeting place of this latest G-20 Summit. The intent of the G-20 group
is to establish a permanent G-20 group institution that would usher in a new
international financial structure thereby establishing a New World Order.
